Network Configurations also offers traditional Service
Level Agreements (SLA) for our clients. These customized
maintenance contracts allows for the pre-purchase of hours for
a month allowing our SLA team to manage your network and
conduct health checks on your network and servers.
With all our Service Level Agreements, we have structured
and performance measured response times based on the
“Severity” of your support request. All our
Service Level Agreements clients with a Microsoft server
include a “Pro Active” server and network “Health Check”, this
allows us to prevent any unforeseen issues before they arise
and ensure “Peace of Mind” in your backup and disaster
recovery solution.
The Network Configurations Support Centre is available to
all our SLA Clients, where calls are logged, monitored and
attended to by our Helpdesk Operators then escalated to our
in-house first line support engineers for quicker resolution
and an improved customer experience.
